Features

We revamped the template builder functionality in Document Templates to minimize reliance on external tools like Word Document and Mail Merge and rolled out the new and improved Customizable Sign-in Sheets that will make it far easier to create and share printouts with your team.

This enhancement aims to streamline the creation of forms such as sign-in sheets, evaluation forms, invitations, and other handouts. Our goal is to simplify this process, enabling admins and training ops to effortlessly create the templates they need. Using our merge fields, they can easily build out forms and documents, and automate communications and handouts with users, instructors, and students - all within the Administrate platform.

Product Updates

• The new Staff Absences feature is live, replacing the Instructor Holidays and Staff Holidays features. Note that the Holiday Allocation Summary has been discontinued and is not supported in the new feature

• Our SurveyMonkey integration now requires outgoing emails from Administrate include a link to SurveyMonkey's email opt out page:
  • <p>If you do not want to receive survey emails from this account you can <a href="[OptOutLink]"> Opt Out of Survey Monkey survey emails.</a></p>
  • Requirements for this have been added to the documentation page for SurveyMonkey

• We fixed an issue where occasional false positives were reported when identifying instructor conflicts after a session date or time change

• We fixed an issue where occasional false positives were reported when identifying Resource conflicts after a session date or time change

• We resolved an issue that allowed accidental Resource conflicts when editing existing resource bookings for a session
