If an event is not appearing in WebLink, confirm the following settings are aligned with the WebLink Portal configuration.
Checklist
- The event status is set to Active.
- A time zone is set.
- The event is in the same region as the WebLink Portal.
- The event has a price configured in the portal’s currency.
- The event is not sold out.
- Remaining places are available, if capacity limits are enabled.
- For Classroom events, the start date and registration deadline are not in the past.
- For LMS events, the end date and registration deadline are not in the past.
- For Blended events, the registration deadline is not in the past, or if no registration deadline is set, the start date is not in the past.
- The event was created from a course that meets WebLink course requirements, such as the correct learning categories.
- The event is set to Public.
