WebLink offers multiple ways of integration depending on your needs and business. This guide aims to help you decide which WebLink Integration is best for your business.
Hosted WebLink is a cloud-based e-commerce store, hosted at Administrate and is configured to your Administrate Training Management System (TMS). It is spun up with minimal configuration work and is the easiest way to get started selling your courses online. Administrate WordPress Plugin
If you have a WordPress Website and you want an easy plugin and play integration with Administrate WebLink, then you would want to install our ADM WordPress Plugin. This allows you through a set of UI configuration screens to set up your WebLink Integration, what to display and where to display your widgets.

Authenticated WebLink - (Beta)
Authenticated WebLink enables your customers to log in to WebLink, which helps them check out faster the next time they visit. You can also integrate from our range of supported SSO providers to help Login to be even more simple!
Promotion Campaigns - (Beta)
Promotions within Administrate allow you to create marketing campaigns that you can track the success and usage of throughout their validity. Your customers will then use promo codes or discount codes on your WebLink power website to apply the discounts given on their purchases. To learn more about Promotions, see here.
Gift Vouchers - (Beta)
Within Administrate Platform, you can set up Gift Vouchers, whether you plan to sell digital Vouchers or maybe send physical ones. Administrate allows you to create pre-defined Vouchers that are activated once sold, or allow customers to purchase a custom amount from your website.

Q: What does it mean if the feature is Beta?
A: Beta means it's available for customers who would like to opt in (Please speak with your Account Manager on how to get it activated). The feature is most likely new, and probably not yet used by all of our customers yet.
Q: How can display additional fields under the Booker step
A: There was a recent update that enabled WebLink to support additional fields, such as the Booker Address Fields. Please reach out to your AM or support on how to get that enabled.
