I've been asking for this functionality for a long while too - would be great to not have to rely on GraphQL for this.

Would love this functionality - we frequently have to duplicate triggers for new locations that already exist against historic ones, selecting all the same templates, course codes etc.  

Agreed! We currently try to standardise our comms as much as possible, but there are some locations which need bespoke templates. If this functionality existed, we'd be able to bulk-select location...
