Need to be able to Import Students via an Excel File

Currently we cannot import students into an event via Excel.  They need to be from a report or the same Account. 

We have virtual courses where we want to import the students after the event.   We would like to be able to upload via an Excel file with their Email, First Name, Last Name, etc.   If the Contact doesn't exist for that email, we would like it to create the contact.   (Or if we could upload them as contacts first, that would be also fine, I am not sure that is possible).

  Gilles Benyon-Bell  Thank you.  One thing to think about is probably the Account for the registration.  Maybe the default would be their primary account?  And maybe the Account Name or ID could also be included if a secondary account should be used. In general, I think our users would use the primary account, but there could be times when a secondary account would be used.
