Accounts: merging accounts
CompletedWhen we end up with duplicate accounts in our CRM, I'd like to be able to merge the duplicates into one of the accounts that I choose to keep.
The main reason is that merging accounts is only possible via your GraphQL API at the moment, and there is no user interface to do this easily.

I've been asking for this functionality for a long while too - would be great to not have to rely on GraphQL for this.

Ditto - adding a merge button to contacts and accounts directly from CRM rather than going through the potential duplicates list would be great. It's really tedious to do it the way it's set up right now.

Hi Gilles Benyon-Bell - my account manager has shared this guidance with me recently, though I haven't had a chance to dive-in yet. Would still love an option within the UI at some point: GraphQL is a little intimidating as someone who doesn't know code.
