Common issues
- Student can't be found: confirm the student record exists and you have permission to view it.
- Student can't be added: confirm the event is active and not archived or cancelled.
- Event is full: confirm capacity settings and whether overbooking is allowed.
- Import errors: confirm the CSV format and required fields, then re-import.
