When your schedule is finalized, you can create and book events so your planned items become draft events in your schedule.
Before you book
- The schedule accurately reflects the date range you’re planning
- Conflicts are resolved (or explicitly accepted)
- Instructors and resources are assigned where required
Create and book events
- Open your schedule in Training → Scheduler.
- Confirm the sessions or events you want to publish are included and correct.
- Select Create and book (or the equivalent action in your UI).
- Verify the resulting events appear in your live schedule.
What changes after booking
- Planned sessions or events become draft events in the system
- Those events can be managed like any other event (updates, enrollments, and so on)
Tips and common gotchas
- Booking is the commit. Treat booking as the final step after review.
- Large schedules may take longer. Booking many events at once can increase processing time.
- Verify immediately. Spot-check a few events to ensure instructors and resources carried over correctly.
