Scenario: You schedule sessions and receive a conflict warning (instructor or room availability), but you need to proceed anyway.
What’s happening
Resource scheduling uses availability logic (approved instructors, availability, and location constraints). When a conflict exists, Administrate displays a warning to prevent accidental double-booking.
What you can do
- Fix the conflict: Change the time, change the resource, or change the location.
- Override or ignore: Proceed anyway. The system will still show a conflict warning, but the session can be saved.
Why this matters
Conflict warnings help prevent accidental double-booking while still allowing intentional exceptions when required by your workflow.
