Mapped Items on WebLink
We’re introducing full support for Mapped items across the cart and checkout process. You’ll now see exactly what each item is, what it’s mapped to, and its associated cost, bringing greater clarity and transparency to the user.
Defects Resolved
- Resolved a problem where archived Triggers were continuing to send scheduled communications within the 4-hour window.
- Fixed an issue that occurred when filtering by Learner in the Event Communications Tab
- Fixed the WebLink cart (widget) override URL redirect issue after checkout reservation expiry
- Fixed the All Active Students Group to include unnamed students booking contacts in the Adhoc Emailer

Fixed an issue on the Event Communications Triggers tab where the page would not load if an Event’s location had been deleted.
- Fixed an issue where the Triggers' last full run timestamp was incorrectly showing 'April 22nd'

Previously, when using the ‘Students > Registration > Invoice Issued’ and ‘Invoice Paid’ columns in an Event-based report, the report returned a single "Yes" if any student had an invoice issued or paid - regardless of whether list or count results was selected. This has now been fixed. The report correctly shows a yes/no per student when using list, and an accurate count when using count results.
