Context
All customers are issued a live production "instance" of Administrate when subscribing to our services, containing your organization's data, files, and customized settings.
You'll be able to recognize your instance by looking in your browser's URL bar for either <subdomain>.administrateapp.com or a customized URL if you have signed up for a Vanity Domain (Custom Domain Name). You can log in by going directly to this URL.
Depending on your plan, data segmentation needs, role, and the projects you may have in flight with our Professional Services team, you may have been issued multiple instances to split your data by business units or for testing purposes.
Logging in to the TMS
When logging into the TMS, you will follow the login flow as outlined below.
The first time you log into your Administrate Instance, you will be asked for your Username or Email.
When you click Continue, you will be asked to input your password to finalize the login process.
If you have forgotten your password, then you can select the Forgot Password link and it will email you a link if you are a User of the TMS. If you do not receive an email, please check you have sent the email to the email address that is registered to that User.
Considerations
Bookmarks
Make sure you are setting your bookmarks correctly. Please ensure that your bookmark is set to your Administrate Instance (<subdomain>.administrateapp.com) or a customized URL if you have signed up for a Vanity Domain to ensure you are taken to the correct login page.
Password Managers
If you are using a Password Manager, you will notice that it can have some trouble identifying the page you are trying to access, as you are being redirected to identity.getadministrate.com to complete the login flow. You can still use the Password Manager to securely store your passwords, but they may not prepopulate the Username or Password fields when trying to log into the TMS.
