Update - Scheduled Maintenance Notice - Service Interruption Expected. Please note that the scheduled maintenance on September 28, 2024 will now include a period of actual service interruption. The expected downtime will be approximately 1 hour. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Scheduled Maintenance Notice on September 28, 2024

Please be aware that on Saturday, September 28, 2024, we will be performing scheduled maintenance.

Maintenance Window: 8:00 AM UTC - 11:00 AM UTC

During this time, you may experience degraded performance there will be a period of downtime for approximately 1 hour which will prevent access to the TMS, LMS, WebLink, and our APIs. We recommend informing your students in advance.

WebLink is now available in German! You can now configure your storefront to display in your preferred language. Discover how to set it up here here.

Fixes

TMS

• We resolved an issue that caused the Events page to crash when certain characters were included in the Virtual Classroom Link URL

• You can no longer delete Sessions that have Students, whether they are Active, Cancelled, or Expired

• Notifications will now only be sent to Active Students when you make changes to an Event
