Product Updates

• Learning Paths now restrict the addition or removal of objectives when Learners are assigned.

• Learning Path Learner Progress now only displays Objectives that have been assigned to the Learner. Previously, the Learner's progress could show Objectives that the Learner was not assigned to if the Learning Path Objectives were changed while the Learner was already registered.

Fixes

Portals (LMS, WebLink)

• We improved the WebLink checkout experience, resulting in significantly faster checkout times. This improvement is particularly noticeable when handling a large number of bookings.

• We fixed an issue where Document names were not displaying on Events in the LMS.

Scheduler

• We have fixed an issue that occurred when importing historic events in the Scheduler, where the Instructors list would not automatically update to reflect the newly added Instructors.

• We improved the automatic solver so that it provides more flexibility to work around availability issues, aiming to minimize adjustments. This means better, more reasonable schedules.

TMS

• We fixed an issue where draft events would be synced to Microsoft Teams using the start and end time of the event, rather than the start and end of the first session.

• We have made a change to ensure that, if a Learning Path Learner is assigned to a Nested Learning Path Objective, the related Learning Path Learner created on the Nested Learning Path has its progress correctly recorded, matching the progress on the Parent Learning Path.
