Message Centre Settings
The Message Centre is designed to receive inbound messages as enquiries. It monitors messages sent to an inbox, for example from a landing form on your website. These messages can be assigned, responded to, and, where appropriate, converted into Bookings.
This setting lets you enable or disable:
Choose Reply From Address
Default setting: No
When replying to an enquiry by email, this setting lets you select which email address the reply is sent from and, ultimately, which address replies are sent to.
This can be useful when multiple users work on the same enquiry, or the same kind of enquiries, and communication needs to come from a shared inbox.
Selecting which email address to send a reply from.
To manage Reply From addresses, go to:
Control Panel → Sending Addresses
Process Message Without Sales Reason
Default setting: No
This setting adds an additional option when processing a message: No Action Required.
Enabling Process Message Without Sales Reason allows No Action Required to be selected.
