Deprecated feature
This functionality is being deprecated and may be removed in a future release. We recommend avoiding new usage and considering alternative approaches for multilingual communication.
Alternate Languages allows you to generate Quotations in different languages within Bookings.
The languages selected here become available options—alongside English—when you email, view, download, or print a Quotation.
If no alternate languages are selected, all Quotations will be generated in English.
Select the quotation language when emailing, viewing, downloading, or printing from Bookings
Currently, French is the only available alternate language. Additional languages may be added before the feature is fully retired.
Select Languages
- Click the language drop-down.
- Select one or more languages.
- Click OK to save your selection.
