Lead Dead Reasons
In the Message Centre , when you process a message , or mark a lead enquiry, as dead, you are able to select from a drop-down menu a reason why it’s marked dead. The setting, Lead Dead Reasons, lets you define these reasons so you can create and edit them to suit your own needs and needs of your organisation.
Creating a Lead Dead Reason
- Click the green +Add button, this will open a dialog box.
- Name your Lead Dead Reason.
- Click Save.
Your new Lead Dead Reason will now be shown as created on the table of Reasons.
Editing a Lead Dead Reason
- Click on the row of the Lead Dead Reason you wish to edit, this will open a dialog box.
- Rename your Lead Dead Reason.
- Click Save.
Your Lead Dead Reason will now be updated with the new name on the table of Reasons.
Deleting a Lead Dead Reason
- Click on the row of the Lead Dead Reason you wish to delete, this will open a dialog box.
- Click on the red Delete button, this will open a confirmation dialog box.
- Confirm with OK (or Cancel if you don’t wish to continue with the deletion).
Your Lead Dead Reason will now be shown as removed from the table of Reasons.
