Quotations - customise the PDF

We have recently started using the Quotation feature in conjunction with Opportunities, to send out a request for payment. 

There is currently no way to customise the look of the pdf: branding options, html are missing, as is the ability to add bank details or other payment information. 

We're instead adding crucial information to the email which is sent, but it would be great to be able to customise the pdf instead to ensure everything is on one official, branded quotation.

  I have the same issue. I can get most of the info I want onto the template, but the last page that is generated automatically is wrong. We need to modify our company address based on where the customer is, for example, as we bill from different locations.
