Communication Triggers: Add trigger conditions for Events being Cancelled

When I cancel an Event I’d like to have a Trigger that automatically sends to Event Staff and/or Students. The reason for this is we currently have to use the ad-hoc emailer to notify staff and students if an event is cancelled. With a trigger, this could be done automatically.

  Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately this is not something on our radar and is not planned to be in the next 12 months. If anything changes on that front or workarounds come up, we’ll be sure to let you know on this post.   I agree, with Erica.  It would be very nice to be able to be able to trigger on Cancellation of student registration and not be forced to do it manually.  For both Instructor email and Student email.
