New Capacity field on Resources coming this week
- A Capacity field will be added to Resources as a standard field, removing the need to manage this via Custom Fields.
- The Capacity field will always available on Resources and can be used consistently across your platform.
- The Docebo integration will support Resource Capacity. Administrate remains the source of truth and syncs Event Capacity to Docebo.
More updates to Resource Capacity are planned, including support for Availability and scheduling workflows.
Defects Resolved
- Fixed an issue where Zoom/VILT links added in Docebo were overwritten even when not set in Administrate.
- Fixed an issue where selecting French as the Invoice language did not translate all fields in the generated PDF.
- Fixed an issue where the Company Invoice Language setting was not applied to generated Invoice PDFs.
- Fixed an issue where the Weblink API always returned null for Course deliveryMethod values.
- Fixed an issue where canceling an Event via API did not cancel its Sessions or update lifecycle state correctly.
- Fixed an issue where Booking Contacts became unavailable when added as Learners on the same Event.
- Fixed an issue where reactivating a Learning Path Learner did not link their Events to Course Objectives.
- You can now duplicate Course Templates with Personnel Requirements included in the copy.
