Product Updates
- The Invoices, Credit Notes, Sales and Purchases finance lists now pin a total row under the grid once all rows are loaded, where they share one currency and document type.
- Invoice lines now carry a service date, shown in the invoice line table.
- Read-only Invoice, sales order and Credit Note lines now show the linked Event's learning mode and Location under its dates.
- Sales and Purchase statement Excel downloads are now named after the Account and carry heading rows naming the statement and export date.
- The Contact page's Email History now lists CRM emails, which you can click through to read.
- You can now add a Purchase Order from an Account's Purchase Statement, create a Purchase Invoice from it, and view or email either document's PDF.
- Course Template created and updated dates are now available as fields in Reporting.
- Picking an item on an invoice, credit note, sales order or purchase document line now fills in the amount, account and tax from that Item.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed the Create Invoice action on a sales order being visible only to superusers; it now follows the Sales Invoice - Edit permission.
- Fixed the Registration page preventing an unnamed booking's quantity being changed on a private Event after it had been invoiced.
- Fixed finalized invoices being locked completely, so the purchase order reference, other reference, contact name and comments can be edited again.
- Fixed Date filters on the finance grids failing with an "Unrecognised ISO 8601 date format" error by sending a plain day instead of a UTC datetime.
- Fixed stale Docebo enrollment events registering a Learner for an enrollment Docebo no longer holds.
- Fixed a group of errors covering Training Pass dates, Learner prices without a Registration, nested Learning Path duplicates, LMS diagnostics and calendar windows.
- Fixed invoices, sales orders and credit notes rejecting more than one line for the same in-house Event and revenue type, which legacy allowed.
