What's New?
Scheduler now supports Learning Paths (Available Tuesday 21st of April)
We're excited to announce that Learning Paths are now fully supported in the Bulk Scheduler. This major enhancement allows training administrators to schedule entire Learning Paths - automatically pulling in their associated courses - directly from the Scheduler interface.
- Create multiple instances of the same Learning Path within a single schedule. Instance numbering is correctly tracked even when mixing different Learning Paths.
- Select Learning Paths directly from the Scheduler. Only serial Learning Paths with course-only objectives are available, ensuring compatibility with the scheduling engine.
- When a Learning Path is added, the Scheduler automatically pulls in all relevant courses and creates the corresponding event needs, respecting the Learning Path's objective ordering.
- When a schedule is executed, Learning Paths and their events are created and can be booked in a single flow. Learning Paths with events are always created as active since they rely on real events.
- Duplicate existing Learning Path, including all its objectives, for quick schedule modifications.
- Supports private Learning Paths.
- When a Schedule is linked to an Account (private schedule), the created Learning Paths and Events are automatically marked as private.
- Location & Virtual Event Support
- Event and event need models now include remote meeting host fields, along with meeting provider support, enabling virtual location configuration on scheduled events.
- Location Tooltips - Event needs in the Scheduler now display location name tooltips for quick reference.
- The Instructor Modal now includes advanced instructor selection and matching based on fields like language, industry, custom fields etc.
- Learning Paths with courses that have no session templates are now excluded from the scheduler, preventing errors during event creation.
- The Scheduler now solves for all Staff Role requirements, not just Instructors.
- You can now add any Staff Role to Scheduler inventory, rather than being limited to Instructors.
