New Docebo Integration Supports Multiple Branch Sync Modes
We’ve updated our Docebo integration to give you more flexibility in how your accounts and branches are synced. You can now choose between two sync modes:
Branch Per Account
Keep your organizational structure aligned across both systems. Each account in Administrate maps to its own branch in Docebo, ensuring your hierarchy stays consistent.
All Accounts in One Branch
Use this mode if your branches in Docebo are not meant to mirror your organization hierarchy. All accounts sync to a single default branch, letting Docebo maintain its own structure while Administrate continues to manage your hierarchy.
Why this matters:
- Branch Per Account: Ideal if you want your account hierarchy fully mirrored in Docebo.
- All Accounts in One Branch: Perfect if your branches are used for categorization or grouping in Docebo rather than reflecting organizational structure.
Virtual Meetings
You can now specify the virtual meeting host on an Event using configurable Personnel roles, not just Instructors.
Other Updates
LMS setup communications can now be sent via configurable "on registration" triggers with the delegate.lms_setup_link merge field.
Defects Resolved
- Students registered on LMS or Blended Events no longer automatically receive the system 'Welcome to LMS' email.
- Reports now exclude job roles linked to deleted memberships, returning only active roles for each contact.
- When adding learners to events using a Training Pass, only passes valid for the Event dates are now shown.
- Booking is allowed for LMS Events if any portion of the Event overlaps with the Training Pass validity dates.
- Training Pass validation now also ensures the pass is active, not cancelled, assigned to the contact, and matches the Course.
- SCORM content with videos now correctly displays subtitles when accessed through the LMS.
- Updating a Draft Event’s Course Template now replaces LMS content with the resources from the new template.
- Recording results for external LMS content now displays all content, even when an Event has more than 50 items.
- Dragging and dropping Sessions on a Solved Schedule now works correctly without getting stuck on the loading screen.
