What's New?
Administrate Automator (December 16)
Administrate Automator launches tomorrow (December 16, 2026). Administrate Automator lets you automate your work in Administrate - everything from custom workflows to integrations with systems and custom tools unique to your organization. Build automations that eliminate manual tasks, connect your systems, and scale your operations without adding headcount.
Training teams spend hours each day on repetitive admin work. You click through booking approvals. You validate learners manually. You copy data between systems that don't talk to each other. These tasks multiply as you grow. With Automator, this changes.
You'll now find the Automator icon on Event, Account, Contact, and Booking screens. The Add-ons menu has been consolidated under this icon, and you can still trigger automations manually just as before.

Adchoc email on events now supports sending to anyone (December 16)
Send event emails to anyone, not just attendees. Ad hoc emails in the event page now support a Contact audience, giving you the flexibility to reach anyone in your system - whether they're registered for the event or not.
How it works:
- Navigate to your Event page and select the ad hoc email option
- Choose Contact as your audience type (You can create reusable Templates for Contact audiences in Communication Templates)
- Use the search and filter tools to find specific contacts by name, email, Custom fields, Workplace, or any other contact attribute
- Select a Template or compose your message and send
Private Events - Custom Locations (Available now)
Private events now support custom, one-off locations that don't need to be added to your Location library.
Sometimes you're running a one-time workshop in a conference room or a venue, and you want to be able to easily set it up and now you can.
How it Works

- Track costs, revenues, and profitability at the project level
Full setup guides will be available tomorrow.
Defects Resolved
Events
- We fixed an issue where editing an Event Learner's custom fields or pricing information, then canceling or reactivating the Learner, caused some data to not be saved.
- We fixed an issue where Learners on canceled Events could not be transferred to other Events.
- We fixed an issue where selecting a Location for a Private Event did not automatically populate the Region, Tax Type, and Time Zone fields. The Location dropdown now supports navigation using the up/down arrow keys and selection using the ENTER key.
Reports
- We fixed an issue where some users could not view reports after editing them.
- We fixed an issue where reports saved under All Companies remained tied to the user's Company instead of being available across all companies.
