Defects Resolved

• Resolved event registration Trigger emails stuck in pending status, affecting both on-registration and Event start offset Triggers
• Fixed an issue where dates were not formatting correctly based on locale settings in Scheduled Trigger Templates with Reports
• Fixed a missing Contact relation issue in Instructor Reports
• Resolved a permissions issue where users without access to certain attachments in an ad-hoc email were previously seeing a generic 'invalid ID' error.
• Removed deprecated "Advance" Invoice option for Private Events in the Account screen, addressing legacy system functionality.
