Employee Sizes define the scale or range of staff numbers associated with your Accounts in the CRM. You can tailor these values to match how your organisation categorises the size of customers and partners.
Any changes made here are reflected on Account records throughout the system.

Naming your Employee Sizes
Employee Sizes are flexible and do not need to follow numeric ranges. You can use:
- Single numeric values (for example, 1 for a sole trader)
- Descriptive size categories (for example, Sole Trader, National, International)
- Alphanumeric combinations (for example, National – 100 Max)
Choose labels that are meaningful and consistent for your organisation.
Note
Employee Sizes are displayed on Account records in alphanumeric order, not the order in which they appear in the Control Panel.
Create an Employee Size
- Click the green + Add button to open the dialog.
- Enter a name for the Employee Size (see Naming your Employee Sizes above).
- Click Save.
The new Employee Size is added to the list and becomes available on Account records.
Edit an Employee Size
- Select the Employee Size you want to edit to open the dialog.
- Update the name as needed (see Naming your Employee Sizes).
- Click Save.
The Employee Size is updated immediately.
Delete an Employee Size
- Select the Employee Size you want to delete.
- Click the red Delete button.
- Confirm by clicking OK (or Cancel to abort).
The Employee Size is removed from the system and no longer appears on Account records.
