Easier deactivation of contact account when a student moves employer
We frequently have students move from one firm to another. The old functionality allowed us to simply move them to their new account, which deactivated their old account connection in the background.
Now that students can be linked in the UI to multiple accounts, we can no-longer move a student in a single click. This causes confusion in our instance of Administrate as a student still appears to be linked to their old employer until someone goes through the multiple clicks to deactivate their old account.
Suggestion: when changing a contact's account, a pop-up that asks ‘do you want to deactivate their connection to account “X”?’ Yes would deactivate the account connection, while no would show the contact as connected to both as it currently does.
