Contact Identity - new types and calendar integration

We currently make use of the 'administrator' role for several roles, including our exam invigilators.

Exam Invigilators would benefit from scheduled events pulling into their outlook calendar, as instructor's events do. 

However we also use the Administrator contact ID for other things which do not need to go into the diary.

Suggestion: being able to create new contact IDs with specific parameters, such as calendar integration.
