Permissions improvements

Managing permissions can be a bit of a pain - opening each role separately is quite time consuming when making a change.

It would be really useful to be able to change them from the permissions comparison page - where there are ticks currently if they could just be clicked to turn them on/off it would make managing the list a lot easier.
