Display the body of Inbound Emails in Opportunity Timeline Entries
When we see an inbound email entry in an opportunity timeline, the subject of the email is displayed but when we expand the entry the body of the email is not displayed.
This is different to outbound emails, where the body of the email is displayed when the timeline entry is expanded.

First off, thanks a ton for sharing your idea with us! We love hearing feedback from people using the product day in and day out, it's really helpful.
I totally get why you’d want to be able to see the inbound emails right there and how it would make things easier for you. Right now, though, it's not something we're able to prioritize. That said, we’re constantly revisiting ideas like this as we plan ahead, so while it’s not on the roadmap right now, it’s not off the table for the future.
In the meantime, would you mind sharing how you're currently working around this? I’d love to hear how it’s impacting your day to day.

The impact on me is mostly Sales users getting upset that they can't see their communication history. I assume the sales people have to go and look up the email elsewhere, so waste time switching between windows and searching for things in one that they've already found in the other.
There isn't really a workaround right now other than that.
