Email integration logs
Using the CRM email integration to attach emails to contacts within the CRM seems to be inconsistent, but finding out where or why is virtually impossible because the logs are not structured.
Looking through the list of incoming emails to see which have been processed is a matter of a browser text search across literally hundreds of pages of logs, and if you can find one there's no clue as to the date of the email or any details as to which contact it was attached to, or why it wasn't attached to any contact, even if we know it existed at the time.
It's really necessary to be able to sort and search through these logs and to see the date associated.
