Note Field for Communications and Triggers
It would be very helpful to have a "note" field in Communication Templates and Triggers. We have so many admins using the system globally it gets confusing sometimes on "whats what". We could use the note field to put things such as who requested the communication/trigger or any other notes we want to be able to refer back to. Custom field option would be even better.

I'd find this very useful - we have so many communication templates and triggers which are ever-so slightly different and the names are long enough without including a description of what they are, but the name and abbreviation fields are all you have to make notes.
