Permissions: Restrict Edits to Won Opportunities
Currently once an opportunity has been won, users that have permissions to edit opportunities can access the opportunity and edit it eg remove/add interests.
It is crucial that we can restrict the editing of opportunities that have been won as the value of the sale (opportunity) and the invoice won't match, which will in turn, result in inaccurate revenue and billing data in our integrations.

Absolutely - we don't use the invoices currently, but it breaks the workflow for the opportunity as they only apply on a transition and after completion there are no more steps to enforce or process new interests.
The opportunity should be locked after it's complete, having opportunities with unprocessed interests and incorrect revenue is an non-starter. I was told this was 'something they want the customers to have the ability to do', but I can't think of a good reason for it, and certainly not enough to make it the default state.
