Communication Templates - changing the audience
When creating a new communication template, the audience is set as default to 'students'. I have been caught-out many times, where I intended to create a scheduled or personnel template, and have noticed just a moment too-late that I didn't change this setting.
As it's important that the audience cannot be changed in most cases, this then means having to delete the template and create a new one.
Suggestions!
* A default audience is not selected: instead it's a mandatory field which needs populating, just like the Template Name, before the template can be saved
Or
* Allow the audience of a template to be changed if the template has not yet been used
Or
* Allow a cooling-off period: audience can be changed within 10 minutes of being created
