Add learners in-bulk to Learning Paths, plus other LP suggestions

Pretty self-explanatory! 

We can add delegates in bulk to events using the report tool, but we cannot do this for learning paths.

Learning paths could potentially save a lot of time when adding contacts to multiple events, but that the learners need to be manually added potentially means that adding them to individual events via the bulk tool is actually quicker.

Also:

* Duplicate a Learning Path's structure, like you can with Course Templates/Events

* Options to organise the Learning Path screen - currently all active LPs are shown in one big list and it's messy. Option to create folders would be appreciated, as would being able to search for part of the LP name rather than a full title from the drop-down.
