Refunds: Refunds should be automatically processed when an event/student is cancelled

    Hi Sudeep,

    This is intended functionality. This way it allows you to decide wether a refund is necessary or just a credit note. Many of our customers have integrations set up with their financial systems so when they create the refund it flows through to accounting.

    If your organization does automatic refunds every time a student is cancelled, you could build this using the API. If you'd like to explore this more, please reach out to support or your CSM.
