Product Updates
- You can now assign an Event Task to a staff role or to a specific user, and narrow the list of users by company. Suspended users no longer appear in the list. Calendar Tasks can also have an end date.
- Hovering over a Course in an Account's registrations grid shows the Session dates for each related Event again, in the Session's time zone.
- Accounts marked as a venue supplier now have a Venues tab, where you can add, edit and delete the supplier's Venues. You need edit access to the Account to make changes.
- In an Account's private Events grid, you can now select an invoice number to open the Invoice, or a Personnel name to open their Contact. The same options are in each row's menu.
Bug Fixes
- Saving a Task now closes the Task window as expected. Previously, it could stay on "Saving", which led some users to create the same Task twice.
- When you move a Session to another day in the Scheduler, the Event's first and last Session markers now update straight away.
- Fixed an error when scheduling an Event from a Course Template Schedule with Sessions far in the future, such as a long-running weekly Course.
- Reports now show the classroom dates for blended Events created or updated through the API, instead of the LMS dates.
- Cancelling an Event through the API now releases its resource bookings, as cancelling it in Administrate does. Previously, adding the same resource to another Event on that day showed a conflict with no details. Events cancelled before this release are not affected.
- Resubmitting a training survey no longer clears the instructor rating questions you selected.
- Editing a Promo Code now shows its linked discount, even if that discount is no longer available to select.
- Trigger Logs filtered by status now sort correctly by date sent or by sender.
- Authorized applications whose user is no longer available now show "User unavailable", and you can still revoke them.
- Learning Path custom field filters in the API now only accept Learning Path fields you have access to. Any other field returns a "not found" error.
