Product Updates
- Region, Industry, Achievement Type, Job Role and Registration now expose their Encoded ID for the import tool and GraphQL cross-referencing.
- Twelve previously hidden fields across Registration, Opportunity Interest, Delegate, Event and Account are now available to report on.
- Resource now exposes a bookings relation and Location a workplaces relation, enabling rooms-not-in-use and Event to Workplace reporting.
- You can now view, copy and edit reports as validated JSON definitions, making them shareable and readable by the in-product AI assistant.
- A new Course Personnel Requirement entity makes a course template's staff roles, quantities and required achievement types reportable.
- Trigger reports now expose Communication Template, Company, Region, Location and Course Templates as real relations rather than dropped columns.
- Achievement Type reports now include lifecycle state and certificate types, including the many-to-many certificate mapping from GraphQL.
- A new Event Personnel Requirement entity reports required, booked and missing staff per role with a Booked, Underbooked or Overbooked status.
- Saved reports now have a read-only GraphQL type and appear as their own section in global search, scoped by company and owner permissions.
- Any picker now matches each search word independently, so a search like Ro Mel finds the record that previously only global search could find.
- Staff can now merge duplicate Accounts through a new page showing what is kept, filled, discarded and moved, gated by type-to-confirm.

- The assistant panel now shows running token usage, a live thinking indicator and a resizable, tidied sidebar with dated chat history.
- The assistant can now find, read, validate and update communication trigger templates, with live per-tenant merge-field lookup.
- The assistant can now search, read and create reports.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed report field search to match descriptions and enum values in a stable order, so searching for cancelled now surfaces Lifecycle State.
- Fixed Opportunity Interest price validation to use the Opportunity's own region, so correct regional amounts are no longer rejected.
- Fixed the Single Learning Path trigger picker to list only active paths, so same-named archived Learning Paths no longer cause ambiguity.
- Fixed Learning Path booking so a Learner already registered on one of its Events is no longer hard-blocked from being booked onto the path.
- Fixed in-app help links broken by the support-site restructure, added intros to a dozen settings screens, and removed a stale alert.
