Docebo Integration Now Supports Custom Field Mapping!
We’ve expanded our Docebo integration to support Custom Fields!
You can now map Custom Fields across five core entities between Docebo and Administrate:
- Users
- Branches
- Courses
- Sessions
- Enrollments
Why it matters
You can now sync your bespoke data points, like unique user attributes, course details, or session information, both ways between Docebo and Administrate, ensuring your custom information stays consistent and up to date across systems.
Setup and Configuration
Head to Control Panel → LMS Integration → Field Mappings after enabling your Docebo integration. Learn More here.
Defects Resolved
- Resolved issue where valid email addresses were incorrectly flagged as invalid in Task reminder fields.
- Fixed an issue where the Transfer Student operation would occasionally erroneously fail with the message that the Student had already been transferred.
- Associating an unnamed Learner or Learning Path Learner with a Contact now deletes the related Session entries along with the parent Event Registration Entry.
- The "Email Booking Contacts" option in the Adhoc emailer is now available after adding Unnamed Students with a Booking Contact to an Event.
- Fixed an issue that ensures that suspended TMS Users cannot be used for OAuth 2.0 authentication
