Fixed the Event selection functionality for Course Objectives within Learning Paths in WebLink.

Fixed calculation issues that occurred when using Fixed Rate Promo Codes with different Price Levels in WebLink registrations and Invoices

Fixed an issue with Buy X get Y promo codes on Opportunities where the amount was incorrectly displayed on the Registration.

Fixed an issue where deleting a Session would incorrectly remove Staff from the parent Event.
