Pricing Bands define ranges of tuition costs associated with your courses. They are selectable when you create or edit a Course Template.
At a basic level, this can be thought of as Low Tuition, Medium Tuition, and High Tuition. However, you can create and manage your own Pricing Bands to match your organisation’s pricing model.
Any changes made here are reflected across:
- Course Templates
- Course PDFs
- Filtering and reporting criteria
Pricing Bands are selectable in your Course Templates.
Create a Pricing Band
- Select + Add to open the dialog.
- Enter a name for the Pricing Band.
- Select Save.
The new Pricing Band is added to the list and becomes available in Course Templates.
Edit a Pricing Band
- Select the Pricing Band you want to edit.
- Update the name.
- Select Save.
The updated name is applied immediately across the system.
Delete a Pricing Band
- Select the Pricing Band you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
The Pricing Band is removed and can no longer be selected in Course Templates.
