Dates & Timings
Timings need to be more user friendly, eg minutes going up in 15 minute slots, (not 1 minute at a time!), and Finish Times should automatically begin after the start time (not from 00:00). Dates .....

Need to be able to DELETE Events
There is a difference between 'Cancelled events' and events that need to be deleted because of error. Otherwise the system is being clogged up with admin errors that need to be deleted!
