Training Passes: Change Student Access from Payment to Training Pass

When an Administrator edits a Student who was added to an Event via “Payment” (Currency or Training Token)
they expect they can change their access type from “Payment” (Currency or Training Token) to “Training Pass” if needed
but they cannot change their access type and need to Cancel the Student then re-add them under the “Training Pass” access type.
