Emailing invoices from Administrate - Contacts to Choose

    Hi Paul, I did ask around with the account managers to see if anyone had any best practices on this but I was unable to find any.  I'll leave this open as a request for tagging a contact as a billing contact in such a way that it is the default when emailing an invoice.

    Hi Paul,   why not make a contact named - Accounts? with the email address on it that you need 
    If you put the - in the first name & accounts in the second name, this will always be the first name in the drop down list

    Hi Natalie,

     

    Thanks for the suggestion however we have an issue where if the contact already exists then it'll create a duplicate, something which we cannot have due existing integrations.

    Troy - is there any flexibility to include department or Job title (or another contact field) in the dropdown so we can use this to identify sales contact.

    My only workaround currently is to append INV to the surname which isn't great.

    Hang on Paul, we're on the verge of adding a billing email concept to the account to help with this and for a new class of communication triggers. We should see work on that in September, we'll circle back soon.
