Add a User Permission to allow non-Super Users access to viewing Achievements
Currently it is only possible for Super Users to view or add Achievements on a Contact's page within the CRM.
If a User who does not have Super User permissions goes to the Achievement tab of a Contact, it returns 'No Result'
This seems quite restrictive - someone who would need to see if Students have received Achievements for an event wouldn't necessarily need all of the other permissions that come with being a Super User.
