Purchase Order - text field added to PO template - eg Force Majeure clause, or other general message
To explain. Our subcontractors have a Force Majeure clause in their contract which we can invoke when appropriate. We previously did this by adding a clause to our Purchase Order template which was produced in Sage. Now that we are producing POs from Administrate we can't add that to the PO. We would therefore like to be able to access the PO template and add a standard text field where comments such as this can be added and will go on every PO automatically. The comment box is too small and would have to be copied and pasted every time. The covering email isn't the right place to do this, it's just another work-around for us. We are using this for cancellations due to the Coronavirus impact currently but other, more positive messages would be great to have there too.
