Email signatures on communications
Problem: With the introduction of the GDPR we are having to append privacy notices/statements onto every email that is sent out from ADM.
This causes two issues:
1) The possibility that an email gets setup without it or is missed when I go through to edit our emails, causing us to breach the GDPR requirements
2) The wording of the statement changes, requiring us to edit every email we have setup (which is a lot!)
Solution: Have email signatures, preferably selectable by company, region or sending email address which get appended onto every email that is sent out.
As well as saving a ton of work should the wording of the notice be changed, this also gives possibilities for other standard email signature items such as contact details to be added automatically onto emails.
