Enable tasks to be set around the Registration Date, not just Start/End date
Hi there,
I would LOVE it if the settings for TASKS are the same as COMMUNICATION TRIGGERS.
In that I mean when you go to schedule a communication trigger, you can opt for the template to be set X number of days after the REGISTRATION DATE or before/after the START DATE or END DATE. This means you have emails rightly so, going out during the various stages of the event process... makes perfect sense to me.
HOWEVER, currently the tasks only have the option of START DATE and END DATE. Which to me proves difficult when there are multiple tasks dedicated to the 'registration' stage of an event.
Please help by making this system more user friendly. I requested this about 2 years ago (along with many others) but so far it's been ignored and it seems a shame for such a simple and time-effective enhancement.
If there's a work-around others are using, please share.
