Restrict download of PDFs on Administrate LMS

I’d like to check if it is possible to restrict the downloading of .pdf files in Administrate LMS?Currently, only the SCORM file is not downloadable by default. It can only be viewed by the learners in the LMS.
The rest of the file formats (.pdf, .doc) can be downloaded. Is there an option for us to control or set which files can be downloaded and which files can only be viewed in LMS?
