Download All Assets Functionality

I’m reaching out to see if it’s possible to include a "Download All" functionality in the Administrate Roadmap, if it’s not already being considered.

Context

We’re using Administrate to provide clients with session-facilitation assets (e.g., PDFs, PowerPoints, etc.). We want to offer clients a simple way to download all assets at once, without creating significant operational overhead on our side.

Potential Solution

Ideally, this feature would operate at the event level. A client could log into their LMS instance, navigate to a tile, and click a “Download All Resources” button to download all assets associated with the event.

Current Workflow

Our current workaround involves:

1. Uploading all content into Administrate, categorized by Topics.
2. Creating a Topic-specific “Download All” ZIP file in the Document Centre.
3. Surfacing the ZIP file on a Topic-specific Course Template, tethered to its events.

However, this becomes problematic if we need to update content within a Topic. Every time content is updated, we must:

1. Manually recreate the “Download All” ZIP file.
2. Replace the old ZIP file in the Document Centre.
3. Update the Course Template with the new ZIP file.

This manual process is both time-consuming and prone to error. Ideally, this could be automated within the platform to streamline our workflow.
