Ability to Edit Required Resources in Event

It would be helpful if at the Event level you could adjust the Required Resources.   There may be cases where Equipment needed is based on the number of students attending.   

Not being able to change for an Event means the "Issue" will constantly appear for the Event.  

A second option would be to have a button "Mark Resources as Met" or something like that.  Then when selected (after a "are you sure" warning), it would remove the Resource Issue from the event.
